Nackdelar är avsaknaden av Bluetooth och att basen kan vara svag vid tunga låtar. I stora rum kan dialog på låg volym vara svår att höra. För skrivbord och små rum är de dock ett utmärkt val.

HI ALL, PURCHASED THESES EDIFIER 1280T from warehouse FRASER COVER TAURANGA BASED ON REVIEWS, THEY ARE GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE...I WAS VERY IMPRESSED OUT OF THE BOX, NICE RANGE FROM HIGH TO THE BASS. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THESE REALLY SING .I HAVE UPGRADED SPEAKER CABLES AND 3.5/2 -RCA AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY UP IN WAY BETTER AUDIO WORLD. GREAT.SOUNDS.

Bought these to replace a pair of tired old Monsoon speakers. What a surprise when I hooked these up and let 'er rip! Easily filled the computer room, plus some, and sounded much bigger than their compact size. I'm a retired audio engineer, and I know sound quality. These are exceptional. Worth the 5-star rating.

This a nice budget speaker, the sound is better than what you pay for. you can adjust manually the treble and the bass based on your taste plus it has a remote. However, it just died after 2 years which is a shame.
