Photo shows inline volume and mute buttons but the one we received doesn’t have it, just a USB connector. False advertising at its finest, we purchased the more expensive headset for that feature. Completely pissed off.

Used for Win10 Skype, Webex, Zoom, etc. Very nicely made. Fit well, sound good, work great. USB interface was plug and play.

This is a cool little device. We use skype and have staff that are in a multplie locations however we don’t have a traditional phone system that enables us to make calls. With this device it enables us to use skype to have conference calls and allows us to hear everything cleary. It is as advertised. If it could plug into our phone system as well that would be great but it's a USB headset

it's fine, no issues. Quality wise its good, the ear piece looks as though it will ware out soon. Would be great if they could look into making a more durable earpad
