I use this product for simultaneously translating conferences. It works perfectly, no background noise or leaks, clear incoming and outcoming sound. My only concern is that since the cable came bent at the USB connector it may break or malfunction. Packaging was fragile, just a plastic bag. Wish it came in a box.

Just be aware that these are NOT a Sennheiser product. They just an EPOS product using false advertising to sell an extremely low end headset as a premium one. They do not even say sennheiser on them as shown in the picture.

I had to use a headset for work, and I need something to help me here at a normal level! I thought it was really good brand, but the quality of the microphone and the quality of the headset are really poor, and Amazon did nothing to help me when I came to my issues. I want to return it and get my money back.

I bought this thinking Sennheiser is worth spending a little more for higher quality but wow it's not. It works well with Microsoft Teams through a VPN, but it's not exactly nice feeling. Ear foam is cheap and rough feeling compared to my Plantronics C3220, audio feels good, they can hear me through a VPN, but a couple concerns - It's all plastic and foam, so it doesn't conform to my head and puts slight but consistent pressure on my ears. - The foam behind the ear piece holds it together, other $30-40 headsets haven't had this. - It's made by Epos but with the Sennheiser name only because it has their usb drivers

Unlike some of the other headset offerings out there, this one delivers the goods. The microphone delivers a nice sound quality to those on the other end - it doesn't sound digitized and harsh like some microphones on business headsets. The headband isn't so tight it feels like it's trying to pop your head. The ear-pads could be softer but they are ok. The sound quality is excellent for conference calls. Overall I highly recommend these for the price and functionality. NOTE - it is USB ONLY. I'm using with a Mac and it works excellent for both Zoom and Webex calling.
