Jabra Engage Link MS - Fjärrkontroll - kabel - för Engage 50 Mono, 50 Stereo, 65 Mono, 65 Stereo, 75 Mono, 75 Stereo

I needed this dongle to be able to access MS Teams through my hearing aids. While it was successful in fulfilling this need and I can now access all of these types of apps (zoom, etc), there is a problem with the sound level. I get to sound level 30 and it is not quite enough - when I up it to sound level 31, there is a larger increase (that say between 29 and 30 or between 31 and 32) and the sound level is too high. While I cope with it for my meetings, it means that I take down the connection and reconnect to my phone to listen to music, podcasts etc.

I bought it confusing the Jabra headset I had was Evolve 75 when it was Engage 75 for which the Jabra Link 370 MS was not compatible. On realising the error I contacted Simply Headsets immediately and I was told that as I had unwrapped it, I couldn't return it nor could I receive a store credit. Very very harsh I think

Previously had issues with my Jabra 75 elite headset cutting out after 10-15 minutes on Win 10 PC. With the Jabra 370 link it works flawlessly, never drops out, controls work well, range is 20m through a few walls. Also tried on Ubuntu 1804 LTS and works exactly the same. Extremely happy!

The dongle is amazing. It automatically connects to my Jabra Elite 65E (yes right, Elite version not Evolve). I dont hear any lag and drops out. It reconnects quickly as soon as I am back to my desk. The voice quality is great too. However the price is a bit too expensive for a bluetooth dongle.

Funkar tydligen bara med Jabra produkter, iallafall inte med Sony WH-1000XM3, antog att den skulle funka som en vanlig bluetooth adapter, med extra support för Jabra hörlurar men tydligen inte.
