Jabra Evolve2 Buds Charging Case USB-A U

I recently purchased these wireless earbuds and I couldn't be happier until it started to be frustrating! Not only do they offer a super fast and stable connection through the dongle, but their integration with MS Teams is seamless. However, after a few successful and satisfying calls and meetings, I ended up with tenths of automatically muted calls and no matter how many times I click on the unmute button, it stays muted. Reconnecting the buds, restarting Teams and even restarting Windows didn’t help either.

After changing the ear gels I got back the bass I was used to from the jabra 75t ear buds. The USB-C dongle solved the issue of the intermittent loss of the audio/ mic signal on video calls when paired to my macbook. On top this model is slightly smaller, so the ear buds stick out of the ear even less. Battery lasts really long and the ANC has improved. The jabra sound+ app provides great options to configure the audio settings. Also, the delay after activating Hearthrough is significantly shorter.

Even though the Jabra Evolve2 are a bit on the pricey side they are a superb companion for work and play. Allowing seam connectivity between teams meetings and phone calls that are an excellent companion for for my office work and home setup.

I wanted a pair of ear buds that works flawlessly (or at least as well as wired headset) with MS Teams. They connect to the Teams fine - better than any other non-Teams certified ear buds - and I can hear people fine. However, microphone just doesn’t work well. I’ve even got a new laptop in an hope this was going to make it better but no. People cannot hear me properly. I’m extremely disappointed considering it costs so much more for being MS Teams certified. Didn’t meet my expectations. Too late for me to return.
