These make the loudest screeching noise. It started with just one but now it is the both of them. It is the loudest deafening screech. I thought I was going to faint when it first happened. Doesn’t connect and stay connect. It will randomly disconnect and ambient mode switches on for no reason. Very glitchy, terrible app. Left earbud will not charge correctly. Waste of money don’t buy

Worst ear buds EVER!!! Stop working after two weeks of being purchased

I had these headphones for 13 months and the left earbud stopped charging. Beware, this seems to be an issue with this unit as I have found many others online complaining about it. They sound great and the app works well but after only 13 months of them working, I cannot fully recommend.

For some reason one earbud charges 100%. But the other only charges 30%. I’ve only used for 2 weeks and it’s not working properly.
