The headset works well, can be both USB or audio jack. It is very comfortable, and I like the feel better than the old foam ones from my prior headset.

Can hear and be heard clearly. Starts to get a bit sweaty after hours of use. Zero complaints about the sound quality, it's great. Not noise cancelling but not advertised as such either. I like this unit.

For a wired headset, it's pretty good. I like that it only covers one ear. Volume control (which works with MS Teams--not all do) and mute buttons are on the inline control unit which plugs into USB, so if you are using this into just a 3.5mm headphone jack you lose that functionality. Sound quality for meetings is fine. Comfort is quite good.

Working from home during the pandemic, I use these every day for meetings and I'm always heard clearly. The on-ear pads are comfortable and are not showing any sign of wear.

I’m not rough with my things but a piece on the arm of the microphone fell off after 4 months of gentle use. Not impressed at all. They also hurt my ears after just 1 hour of use.
