Good Points: - Great audio output quality - Fantastic microphone - Lightweight and slim design - Appealing colour scheme Improvement Points: The passive noise cancellation (i.e. due to the design of the earcups) is a double-edged sword - i.e. it's great at eliminating outside noise and at the same time at eliminating your own voice. This takes some getting used to.

Works better than I expected. Mic and audio quality is about average for these types of headsets. I wouldn't use these for listening to music. But they work great for meetings/Discord/etc. I swapped out the volume/mute switch that comes with this with one from an old pair of headphones. The included one directly controls the application's mute function (Teams, possibly others). May be a nice feature for some that helps prevent the "double-mute", but I found myself constantly checking that I'm still muted. It would randomly notify me that it switched off/on when I didn't touch it. The static people mention, I suspect is actually the sound of the material inside the earpieces crinkling as the headphones settle on your head. I couldn't reproduce the static noise any other way. It's weird how much it does sound like static. But after the headphones are on, you don't hear it again.

Really like the sound, the comfort, and the switch on these headphones. I recommend them.

The headset is great, everyone hears me clearly on the other end and I’m able to hear everyone crystal clear during my zoom meetings. However, I’m disappointed because the title says it’s a Plantronics headset, the pictures shows a Plantronics headset, however, the headset is labeled “Poly”. I am aware that the company re-branded so the pictures need to reflect that. Otherwise, a great product. I love the headsets.
