Samsung - Galaxy Buds3 FE

I put in an order for a new phone and a promotion that came with a pair of these earbuds. Not only did AT&T immediately lose the package before it even arrived at UPS, they conveniently canceled my entire phone order 3 weeks after I put it in and after the promotion ended, stating they refused to honor the promotion that was ongoing at the time because it had now ended. Nor would they even send a new pair out to fix their mistake. No new phone, no new earbuds unless I pay the full price instead of the one they originally sold them to me. Useless customer service, shady company, I will be looking for a new service provider.

Im sure they are good but sadly someone signed for them when I stepped out and I never received them. Really wish I had them

The whole process to purchase these online was glitch and then it charged me day 1. A couple days later tried to charge me 3 more times for same ear buds. Talked to one customer service representative and they said don't worry about it they will still ship without the extra charges. Then get an email next day saying they won't ship unless I pay even more. So called and made them cancel. Now I can't order and get my sale price I was offered.

Immediate pairing... great sound... need more options on cover sizes, especially for smaller ear canals and aperatures

I love these earbuds, clear with the right amount of base.
