I brought the ear buds as part of an bundle (tablet, keyboard & buds 3) i was looking forward to wear them. On day 1 the roght one keeps falling out - i looked at youtube videos, followed instructions (twisting it etc) and it still keeps falling. For a product that costs £150+ I would expect something better

The earbuds are so big that it cannot fix in my ear, it looks smaller in photos although when i issues return, still i did not get refund, it's been 1 week or more.

Indirectly prefer the charging unit and the way the bud ls easily are placed inside compared to the Pro 3. The bass upgrade is excellent. They are less cumbersome and doing away with the light strip is also a good d sign move.

I would give 5 stars but haven't because the charging case was too easy to scratch dropped the case once and ended up with a hideous scratch. I have had other Samsung buds, live and buds 2 and never had this problem with the case. I now have a cover for the case which I shouldn't have had to buy but hey ho. The buds I cannot fault they are great. Connectivity, sound, comfort is great! The sound is as good as over ear headphones. If you use the right size fitting for your ears they remain comfortable. I walk to work on a noisy road and the noise cancelling blanks out the noise so I can hear my music/conversations clearly. Initially I didn't like the stalks as this was a deviation from the buds design but I think this makes them remain connected at a distance from your device. Battery life is good get about 5hrs out of them I think not sure as I usually put them back in the case before I run out of battery life. Overall very satisfied with them.

I bought these a while ago and found them very difficult to keep in my ears. I thought it was user error but having persevered, watched numerous videos etc I still can't get them to stay in. Now too late to return so effectively a complete waste of money for me and I wish now I had not kept trying to get them to fit. Also been trying to find a silicon cover which might make them stay in easier but no luck on that front either - I love Samsung products in general but this has one has really let me down badly.......
