The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 are an excellent pair of earbuds with superbly clean sound and a sophisticated design to match. They may have a few small flaws like the lack of multipoint pairing but they're also super comfortable, the app is easy to use and you can manually adjust the sound.

The item was purchased november 2023, early september 2024 the KNOW NOT CHARGING has happened, luckily still under the 1 year so all good. Just 14 days to repair for an item that eventually WILL FAIL AGAIN. Please dont waste your time and money, will happen to u too. Have a read to other reviews on the item, a known issue. Few videos on UTUBE on the issue too VERY DISSAPOINTED with Sennheiser

While the sound quality and battery life were initially impressive, my earbuds only lasted about 3 months before developing a whining and popping noise in both earbuds. Shortly after, the left earbud failed completely, followed by the charging case refusing to charge, and then the right earbud died. To make matters worse, Sennheiser support took over 4 months to process a replacement, with customer support updating me every 2 weeks to say "It still hasn't arrived" The product's performance didn’t live up to its reputation, and the support experience was equally disappointing.

Sennheiser have really dropped the ball on this one. I've been buying Sennheiser products for the best part of 25 years and I've never been as disapointed as I am with these headphones. Sound quality is good, never as good as a wired version of the same price, but with mobile phones being the way they are, we're all forced to use this god awful technology. I've had a few pairs of Bluetooth headphones over the years, Anker, Earfun the usual, they're all ok. Decided to go up a rung and get a pair of Sennheisers instead and they haven't even lasted a year. Avoid

It's like Sennheiser focused only on sound quality and neglected every single other aspect of this product. Yeah, when the music is playing, it sounds good. But the electronics in these earbuds are AWFUL and completely ruin the experience. If I only had a dollar for every time one or both buds wouldn't connect. Or when they both register as connected but won't play sound. Or they connect only to immediately disconnect. Or one earbud is canceling noise while the other isn't. It's CONSTANT issues. I am CONSTANTLY having to put them back in their case and take them out again to reset them. It's been nothing but inconvenience after inconvenience. I got these for $100 off MSRP and still fully regret my purchase and feel like I wasted my money. Extremely disappointing Only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is that the sound quality is at least nice.
