Reliable, good battery, comfortable, has a useful little magnet in each bud so you can loop them round your neck when not actively using them and it holds together. Also, bonus feature for anyone who fidgets: fun to fidget with!

The sound is good and clear, and not having to plug the headset into the phone is very convenient. The only problem I have found is that sometimes the Bluetooth unexpectedly disconnects; I haven’t worked out of the problem is with the headset or the phone.

Tried these headphones as my previous pair stopped connecting via Bluetooth. They were the exact same ones, and had used them for 2 years without issue. I thought this issue was down to their age and being used daily however the brand new pair would also not connect. They were not visible on both my iPhone and my partners android, definitely a headphone issue and we were connected to other devices. Shame as I have grown atttached to these little headphone but sadly they are not fit for purpose so I will be returning

Bought these as a replacement for C200 headphones I'd had 3 years with no issues. When watching youtube/tiktok etc the audio de-syncs from the video meaning there's a noticeable lag between picture and sound, very jarring and disappointing. Haven't been able to find a solution. Good sound quality for audio only. Though for an all round head set go for the C200 model.

Easy to set up bought as an upgrade. Sounds are fab very easy to use this is second pair of sony headphones they are excellent comfortable connectivity is excellent and great value.
