I like these headphones and find them very comfortable. The app is fairly easy to use and has some good options for ambient sound, although I haven't used them a huge amount. So far I've mainly used the headphones either for listening to podcasts (via Bluetooth) whilst doing something else, e.g. cooking or gardening, or else just plugged straight into my laptop for watching tv (in which case the noise-cancelling is not active but they are still more effectice at blocking sound than my previous set). Whilst outside, my main reason for having them is to block out traffic noise which, to be honest, doesn't seem to work very well, even on the Transport setting, so that's my only disappointment.

Lost it now I can't even locate the brimming thing. Absolutely frustrated about this. Might not buy it again

The body of q30i is the lowest quality i have seen. It broke right above on one of the earcups by itself without any reason. I thought maybe someone had dropped them or broke it without me knowing. Another month in then same thing happened above another earcup. So frustrated. Never buying from sound core again.

Amazing earphones, can use these and have notifications come through from my phone such as messages, phone calls my ring door bell , sound is amazing they are comfortable to wear as well, the charge last a long time as-well, i am very pleased with these.
