Excellent service and advise. I went in for one specific product. It wasn't available. The sales guy advised an alternative was just as good. He was wrong. The SoundMagic E11 are much better.

I bought these after my old Sennheiser in-ear headphones died. Those were good but the Soundmagic are a step up. Astonishing clarity and separation. I’m listening to songs I thought I knew as if for the first time.

I know wired sound is not popular anymore but I'm old fashioned enough to prefer it. These are fantastic little earphones for the price. Good soundstage, isolation and bass when fitted properly. I've been using them for years but they still stand up after all this time. Pretty durable, too.

I bought these a year or so ago. I have no complaints with the build or sound quality (or with richer sounds). I have a selection of different medium quality headphones and the sound compares well with all of these. They come with a nice little case. However, they just don't fit me well - I have small ear canals and depsite switching the rubber surrounds to extra-small ones (which I bought separately) the actual solid part of the earphones that these fit onto is so large (and larger than other in-ear headphones I own) that they are painful to wear and just won't stay in my ears properly. So unfortunately they are of little use to me and I barely wear them.

Excellent clarity and good build quality. Treble really good, bass a little lacking at times so if you want heavy bass maybe look elsewhere. But generally a very good choice if you need great value wired in-ear headphones.
