Really pleased with this product. Use daily for Skype calls for work - very good sound and never had anyone comment that they can't hear me. They do hurt my ears after wearing for longer periods tho.

THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF NOVATECH This is down to poor information supplied by the manufacturer. All the description says is USB on the manufacturers own website and on the packaging of the headset. I couldn't get them to work and did some searches only to find that the manufacturer states these will NOT work on USB3 but only after searching for an updated driver and finding a FAQ section. Lucky for me the kids still have an old laptop they can use to chat with their friends, just a shame they can't use the newer PC that only has USB3 ports.

I have had to bin them as no one could hear me during calls. Not bad for the money though as I got over a years use out of them.

Why are you all giving this such high ratings? Unless of course you're talking to Superman with these headsets. He's one of the very few I know of with super sonic hearing. For those of us without super hero allies we are forced to shout at each other. However, there is always the option of wearing the headphones sideways with one ear muff resting on your cheek while the mic touches the side of your mouth. I know this is the preferred method of communication for some in Scandinavian countries. Here in the real world we tend to use our cheeks for things like smiling or playing the trumpet. I know Louie Armstrong is rolling over in his grave at the thought of having to Skype with a pair of these. NO SOUP FOR YOU TRUST MAURO USB HEADSET FOR PC, LAPTOP!!!
