Yealink Yhs36 Mono Headset

I contacted my telephone guy and asked for a headset for my phone. He quoted me $309.00 plus $50.00 for a "cable". I googled the piece and found Telecomspot. I got this headset for $39.95, with no additional cable. Simply plugged the thing into the phone, and everyone says they can't tell that I'm talking on a headset. Great quality. If you're wondering whether or not you should get it, GET IT!

Very good sound quality, no problems. As good as more expensive ones we've tried.

The link cord is not long enough and impedes moving about while speaking which is sometimes necessary ion our profile.

I just bought Yealink earphone model YHS32 only a few days ago,there was one connector problem of the conductive shrapnel,please see the attached picture At present , the earphone doesn't work。
