Nivea - Soft - 300 ml

My whole family used to love the old formula now no-one does. The new formula when you start to rub in feels like watery and sticky. It dries into a shiny but dry feeling waxy coating on skin. Alcohol is very high in the ingredients list. Not moisturising at all and It feels like I've rubbed an old fashioned white paraffin candle over my skin? Its a heavy uncomfortable texture and leaves greasy smear marks over everything you touch. Eg cellphone screen, sunglasses, reading glasses, drinking glasses, get greasy marks. The smell is grandpa mens cheap body spray on musty corrugated cardboard. Is it supposed to be unisex? The old scent was fresh. We love the regular Nivea scent in the navy packaging but the new Soft scent makes me feel sick.

I can no longer wear the new vegan formula of Nivea Soft due to skin burning feeling.immediately as soon as applied . However daughter has always used it and also develops the exact same reaction . Never buying again and bought for years this but they’ve ruined it! Wouldn’t waste money on anything Nivea after this experience including suncream as they are too expensive for reactions like this and only good to throw away. Sadly no longer a trusted brand for me after being loyal customer since childhood.

Use this product a lot especially in winter to stop hands getting sore and rough. It works well.

I've been using this cream for several years and just finished my old tub. Opened the new one and what a shock. It's thin, non moisturising and slightly sticky. It doesn't do the job at all on my dry skin. Such a shame as I won't be buying again.
