Good Points: My system immediately recognised the drive and windows 7 had it formatted in minutes. Excellent throughput. Filled the drive from 2 4TB drives and then sumchecked every file. Everthing checked out 100% and average read rate was 180MB/sec.

Functions flawlessly which is what you would expect, granted it is expensive but how much is your time and data worth ?.

Good Points: Large disc drive. Lots of space. Improvement Points: Very noisy. Needs to be formatted before use. Windows could not do this. Had to use third party software to make drive accessible.
