Makes good coffee. Makes good espresso. I use it in an office environment. The first coffeemaker broke in under 12 months. But it's relatively inexpensive, so if you don't mind replacing the unit frequently, you won't be disappointed. Consider this a disposable unit.

It lasted 6 years. Suddenly just stopped working. The espresso maker is loud and vibrates terribly. I think I will try a Moccamaster this time.

I love my machine. I have my coffee in the morning and my cappuccino in the afternoon. I would buy this again in a heart beat. It is easy to use and does a great job. Clean up is super easy. I made a great purchase with this.
