While the pot works fine tit seems to make less. . ? and the brew seems much lighter than the traditional Bialetti Moka pot. Am sampling different beans trying to compensate but so far not thrilled.

stopped working after almost 2 months of use . such a joke item . I don't recommend buying it

Jag är lite missnöjd med min espressokokare men silen som är mellan underdelen och överdelen har deformerats helt och det ser ut som att den är 30 år gammal (använt 2 ggr bara). Gummitätningen är för lös och kaffekorn kommer emellan och under gummitätningen. Dock är det en snygg kokare och mycket användbar när man har gärset som älskar espresso

Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Called customer service within 35 minutes after placing order. Customer service rep told me the order would be adjusted and I would receive the 4 cup instead of the 6 cup. A couple days later I noticed the 6 cup was being delivered via tracking notification emailed. Called customer service (again) new rep informed me the previous rep put in the notes that I was told I would be receiving the 6 cup because I didn't call within 30 minutes of order being placed. That was absolutely a lie. I was told I called in enough time to correct my order. Very unhappy. Will order never order from Macys online again. If its not in stores I will find another supplier. There are many other stores selling home goods.

Great little machine makes great coffee. Love the colour and quality.
