I could hardly be more satisfied with both the machine and WLL's customer service. The boiler heats up much faster than I expected, the PID works flawlessly, and the toggle switches are extremely satisfying to use. I completed my setup with a 57mm high extraction basket, bottomless portafilter, tamper and dosing funnel from normcore.

I am so happy that I bought the Lelit Anna to replace my Gaggia Pro. I set up the machine and pulled a perfect shot on my first try because I could, finally, see the temp and bar pressure! It is a very good looking machine, will fit any space that the Gaggia fits (small footprint) and is very sturdy. This is an amazing espresso machine, and I had no problem finding the correct size accessories. Whole Latte shipped quickly with no issues, and I trust this company.

Great machine. I know this is so called entry-level, but I don't know what else you really need. Heats nicely, great pump, has a pid , and a pressure gauge. Easy to dial in. Was considering this machine vs. The Gaggia , and this machine already has the pid I would have modded to the Gaggia. Glad I went for it.

Was expecting this machine to be better as it has no fancy bells and whistles, so the money surely had to go into a powerful engine. Nope, it's not that powerful. It also takes forever to heat up, you have to reach behind it to turn it off when you've finished and you need a funnel to fill it with water. Super disappointed.
