Love the coffee/espresso machine but I currently have a damaged part and have been struggling to get customer service support to order a replacement part.

Maybe it seems pricy,but you are not only get it's brand name,it's the design,it shines for your kitchen or living room.And they know how to make a proper coffee than Sturbucks combin with Kimbo coffee beans,it would be another level.

Unfortunately this beauty of a machine broke after just 3 months and there is no way to contact the seller on the app. Had I bought from a store I would have had a route to fix. It’s so expensive to have only lasted 3 months. Would be delighted if someone from Amazon or the seller would get in touch to help rectify the situation. Very sad

I was excited about the streamline looks of this machine but I find it very complicated to set up and use. Also after 4 or 5 cups of coffee the used grounds have to be emptied. I try to plan ahead and empty and then after one cup I sometimes have to empty. So far I haven’t found a setting that make coffee nearly as good as my old Nespresso marching. It was a big expenditure and I’m disappointed.
