Gitzo Gm4562 Serie 4 Monopod 6 Sektioner

Perfect combination of function and form. Lightweight, yet very stable. I couldnt be happier, the collapsed length is nice and short. Easily strapped to side of any bag. Very quick friction style, locks up solid with a slight twist.

I use all Gitzo stuff and find them top tier. This one is a great size and weight. Love new foot. Very solid holding 400mm with d850 until the last section (bottom) is extended more than 1/2 way. A little less than perfect. I use it when size and weight are most important.

I bought this because of the Gitzo name, but also because it has so many extension possibilities. The rotating foot cup is new to me and I must say I love it.

Worth every penny. I tried several solutions trying to avoid overspending but each one I used had a compromise point until I used this one. It is small enough to have with me all the time and its build is rock steady both in the extended pole and the connection to the ground. It flows easily and smoothly from its base making it an intuitive tool that doesn't require any added concerns to my image capture process.

Brought this for a more compact travel monopod that could comfortably still support large lens and it does the job. Feels strong and that last bottom leg doesn't feel like it could snap like other compact monopods. The bottom foot was different for me but I like it now and it gives a comfortable contact to the ground. Also the foot folds sideways while packing or pushing into a side pocket. Just what I wanted.
