Eschenbach Viva 6x15 Kikare

I really wanted to love these. I spent a long time choosing them, to replace some which finally became faulty after over forty years of service. These are very pretty but they feel just a little bit flimsy. I'm not sure they will last anything like that long. More crucially however, if you really want to look at dancers or singers up close then these have demonstrated to me that you are better off with true binoculars in as small a size as you can find. These equate to little more than a good pair of long-distance spectacles. And the field of vision is pretty small too. I mourn my old ones really.
