Zwilling 5000fcd Santoku 18 Cm Kökskniv

Perfect size for peeling fruits and vegetables. Super lightweight in hand and feels comfortable holding.

A beautifully sharp knife. Despite it's small size I used it to de-bone a leg of lamb in seconds. It is extremely sharp and handles so well. Paired with the Nakiri there is not much I wont be able to tackle in the kitchen. A beautiful knife, and unbelievably sharp edge and a treasure to use.

Hands down the nicest and sharpest tool in the kitchen, with a variety of shapes and sizes to meet your culinary requirement. Look no further if you want a knife that is both physically and visually sharp.

This knife is great. Makes me feel like a Masterchef. Well made and so comfortable to hold and work with. The knife is so well balanced.
