Games 3ds Fossil Fighters Frontier

This game is really fun. It's very silly too. I wouldn't say its "game of the year" material, but its nice, I think any kid into dinosaurs would have a great time with it. Gameplay has three main types, riding in your "bone buggy", digging up fossils in a touchscreen game, and battling your "vivosaurs" (dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals that are bought to life when you dig up their fossils ). The graphics are nice enough for a 3DS game, with a lot of bright colours and cool designs. Story line is simple but at the end of the day, it's a game about fighting dinosaurs.

Do not buy this game. Unlike it's predecessors, this game allows you to only have one dinosaur. I wasted 94 hours on this game, why? Because I've been wanting a sequel to Champions since I was 11, and honestly I just love dinosaurs. But in all honesty, it copies a fact from Digimon. Same design, but different colored dinos. You get a blue dino that looks exactly like another dino, but just a different color. Final boss was such a pain in the ass. Theme was terrible, just terrible. And this one event, MY LORD, this one event in my life... I was trying to get a hidden treasure on my map, and I had to do it by crossing this bridge... When I failed and came back it was gone... The thing is... IT"S A MOVING BRIDGE THAT SINKS IN THE WATER AND RESURFACES ON THE OTHER SIDE. WHAT?! The characters are very stale, as well... Champions was by far the best in the series... Honestly.

Bought for my son. A realy good game with digging fossils, fighting dinosaurs and driving about. All the things he likes.
