Tomodachi Life erbjuder en charmig och humoristisk upplevelse för korta spelsessioner men saknar djup för långvarigt spelande. Spelet lyser i sitt unika koncept där spelare skapar Mii-karaktärer och följer deras dagliga interaktioner på en färgglad ö. De omfattande personaliseringsalternativen för röst, personlighet och utseende ger mycket variation. Efter 20-30 timmars spelande upprepar sig dock samma förfrågningar och dialoger, vilket gör spelet förutsägbart. Minispelen är för enkla och de robotaktiga rösterna kan irritera. Spelet saknar ett tydligt slutmål, vilket är frustrerande för vissa, även om just denna frihet också utgör charmen. Idealiskt för casual-spelare och yngre spelare som tycker om kreativa simuleringar med Nintendos typiska humor, men mindre lämpligt för dem som söker djupgående gameplay.

My daughter ordered this after asking permission. Unfortunately, I hadn't realized that it was a "digital" purchase and that you have to have a Nintendo account and and wasn't an actual game that she could play on her Nintendo DS gaming system so we haven't been able to get it working yet on our laptop. Tried to cancel it as soon as I noticed it was a "digital" purchase (a half an hour after it was purchased), but there isn't an option to do so.

Its a cute game. You make your Mii people. Feed them, clothe them, give them new apartment looks. But it gets boring a lot faster than i thought.

Bought this game a few days ago and I am completely addicted. I love it and it’s so fun and entertaining. My husband thinks it’s funny too because I made him as a person on the game as well.

My kids, 12 and 9, love this game! I'm impressed with how detailed it is and how many things they can do with it. As for any in-depth commentary, I can't provide that... but if you have kids in that age range, they'll probably love it!

My son wanted this game for his birthday. He loves it, he tells me daily about the lives of his little Mii people. He really enjoys what they do, and the mini games. Kind of like the sims for the 3ds.
