Great product great price I couldn’t get it second hand for this price

Bought for my son at his request. Price was great. The game is excellent to play with a great soundtrack. He loves every GTA game. He's very happy with it.

I bought someone this and they didn’t have online so they typed in the code in the microsoft store and when they did it said they now had access to gta online so he checked and it still said profile doesn’t have access to it I don’t think it should be because of any subscriptions because me personally don’t have a subscription and i can’t play gta online just fine what do i do ?? Because he typed in the code correctly and even said he now had access to gta online but he doesn’t it won’t let him play Help
