The Division 2 är en tekniskt imponerande looter-shooter som till stor del korrigerar föregångarens misstag. Gameplay-loopen är tillfredsställande och säkerställer en konstant känsla av framsteg, med utmärkt skjutmekanik och ett belöningssystem som håller spelarna motiverade. Den visuella presentationen är vacker, med detaljerade återskapanden av Washington D.C. som fungerar tekniskt bra på PlayStation 4. Endgame-innehållet erbjuder taktiska utmaningar med djupgående anpassningsmöjligheter där varje mod har för- och nackdelar. Flerspelarmatchmaking förbättrar upplevelsen avsevärt jämfört med första delen. Berättelsen är dock besvikande svag och saknar effekt, vilket är synd för en 40-50 timmars kampanj. Spelet är tydligt utformat för samarbetsspel och solospelare kommer att njuta av det mindre. Vissa uppdrag lider av artificiellt förlängda strider med fiender som absorberar för mycket skada. Trots dessa brister anses The Division 2 allmänt som en av de bästa looter-shooters som lanserades vid release, med solid teknisk prestanda och hundratals timmar av innehåll för dedikerade spelare.

It’s a strong looter shooter! Multiple builds can be crafted to adhere to your playstyle! I loved it so much that I’m going to go back and play the first one, too! Definitely don’t pass on this one. It’s strictly online only, but you can still play solo, if you want to.

A vast improvement from the first Division game. If you like 3rd person Military shooters with RPG like elements then this game is for you.

Really an excellent action experience that can be played as an MMO or single player. Although there are some special rewards for playing in a group I found it to be very challenging and satisfying to play alone. There is a nice variety of missions and I didn't have any real trouble finishing the game solo. The game rewards smart gameplay.

Love the gameplay, visuals, sound FX and character/weapon customizations but the story line, or lack there of, is where it truly falls short. The missions are so repetitive, its safe to say there really isnt a storyline. If there is, its not immersive due to that fact.
