I bought my first one of these online and straight out of the box it never worked, simply would not switch on. I tried different batteries etc, nothing, so took it into store and swapped it with another one, just thought it was an unlucky fluke, a dud. I've been using my new one twice weekly for only 4 weeks, just for my peach fuzz and to trim my eyebrows, so hardly the most strenuous application, and it has stopped working completely - just cut out during a session and won't start up again. I changed the battery and the head, but it simply won't turn on. WHAT A SCAM. Such a shame because it gives such a nice clean shave and I really like the attachment - but there's no point if it is so prone to being faulty!! Kicking myself that I didn't keep the receipt for the replacement one I got in store, just never had the misfortune of the same product failing twice, especially from a brand like Phillips.

Not great - painful to use and leaves my skin irritated. Also kinda flimsy design - very cheap plasticky feel about it. Had a similar one from another brand that worked way better.
