It’s extremely bright, which is awesome, it’s like having another window, so we now keep on for extended periods of time as it lifts the room. Little big, but is definitely the most stylish SAD lamp out there. Only gripe is that’s in a European plug. So had to get an adapter. Recommend!

This SAD light is fab. By now (mid to end Jan) I would be struggling with mood due to winter. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. I am definitely less low on waking up in the morning and struggle less to get out of bed. I wake up more quickly and as I am working from home, find I am "on it" more quickly rather than depending on a strong coffee. It is robust, and aesthetically quite pleasing. It is big, but I have found a spot to put it on my work desk. Well worth it.

This is our first SAD lamp purchase. As well as the therapeutic short burst usage, the lamp brightness can be adjusted down to give an excellent ambient light level with a near daylight quality. This is really appreciated during these dark winter months, especially during Covid-19 lockdown.
