Well, this is embarrassing. I have had and used a variety of Brother label makers over the years, both where I worked and at home. I love these things and have several. In December 2019 I ordered and was billed for the PT-H100 label maker, but I was sent the PT-H110, a similar looking but differently priced model (see the included image of what I received). Why it took me 2 years to notice this is unknown. So I can't review what I ordered. However, the model PT-H110 I received is easy to use and performs well. Now that I am used to it I can create and print labels quite easily. I probably like the subtle keyboard differences better than the PT-H100 model. These label makers have so many options that it sometimes takes me a while to remember/find what I want to do in the various menus if I want to create something I haven't done before. I would recommend any Brother P-Touch label maker. They are great machines.

Works well but half the tape is wasted in needlessly long header and footer. It's hard to believe that this is an accidental design flaw and not a blatant design to waste tape and thus sell excess residual product. Kind of dissappointed in the blatent waste and design.

It works great but it is a hassle the it is not a QWERTY keyboards. Makes it very tedious to write.

Works great, lots of different things you can put on the labels. My problem with it is that it wastes a lot of tape if you print out things one at a time. If you can manage to print out everything you need at once then it won't be as much of a problem.
