Waste of money. Vibration is far too strong and noisy, it’s also hard to hold and position where you need it. The heating part takes far too long to heat up and when it does it don’t kick off that much heat. It really don’t help for neck pain

this fell apart within weeks so beware of this seller

I think came broken, articulation very weak in the middle, doesn't stand firmly.

I was have it long time ago , and when I saw it on Amazon, I was very happy, and bought it immediate but I received it broken and was not working at all this was disappointed, I asked Amazon for refund and they sent me the money back

Infrared lamp failed after 2 months, used about ten times infrared lamp failed after six uses. Cannot find on system how to get refund, which I could have done from a shop.
