It is not connecting properly to Five9 software with the USB connection.

The picture shows one ear headset but I received a 2 eared set. Too bad, I can't wear dual. Sound was crisp and clear for the quick minute I tried it.

I like the comfort factor and that they don't squeak like some of my other headphones. The sound quality while listening and recording seems to be very good. I teach online and create reaction videos as well as educational videos for my two channels.

It’s not come with new packing at all. Doesn’t match the description. It sent out by the repairment center . Sounds cracking on the headphones, and obviously someone use it before as there’s dirt on it. I decided to get the refunded .

Use these mainly for Zoom, and spent far more on them because so many models were out of stock during the pandemic. Would have liked some expert advice, which was not available at this time, which led me to a wrong purchase, which had to be returned. However, they are an excellent quality - comfortable to wear and seem to have a good microphone. The connection ends have USB for laptop/ PC (with a volume/ mute control), and a 3.5mm jack for mobile/ tablet, making them very adaptable. They are also good for music and a fair amount of noise cancelling eg blocks out lawnmower sound from inside room.
