I really like this product, generally, because it works fast...about 1.5 minutes, isn't too loud, and works as needed. BUT the low stars is because it consistently breaks after about 2 year. I have bought two. And the exact same thing each time. One of the plastic legs that hold the metal turbine spinning thing, breaks. Just a little break in the plastic and then it no longer works to froth and needs to be relaced.
