I've had this mouse for over a year now and I've had enough. I bought this vertical mouse because I started to have Carpal Tunnel syndrome so I needed to switch to something ergonomic. The Good: A vertical mouse is the way to go if you're starting to feel pain in your wrist and you start to loose grab strength in your hand. I'm surprised that a vertical mouse is not the standard. The Bad: it loses connection with my lap top at times, kind of often, so I have to plug out and in again the usb part to regain the connection. The Ugly: The scroll wheel never take me where I want: I scroll down and it thepage I'm looking, or in the game I'm playing bounces up and down several times until I reach the part I'm going to. that's really annoying! right now I'm in the search for another vertical mouse.
