I have an old version of this mouse for my home office and needed another one for my camp. This newer version works great, and if you have larger hands, is much more comfortable to use than the standard size bar of soap mouse. We’re glad to hear the M500S is working well for you! My Logitech account shows that this order was complete and that a tracking number was generated but the shippers records show they never received it from Logitech.
