Mouse picked up in store, the sales staff are very friendly. The mouse works very well and if I had had the slightest problem, they sent me the invoice by email so that we could resolve it quickly. Solid service. The product itself does the job very well, the Basilisk is a very good basic for its price. The app that comes with Razer Synapse is clearly not necessary.

An excellent mouse! It is very comfortable in the hand, even during prolonged use. The buttons are well positioned and the mouse is very responsive, which makes it pleasant both for gaming and for everyday use. Customization is also a major strong point: the buttons and lighting can be configured easily via the Razer Chroma software. A very good product that I recommend.

The mouse works well, looks nice and fits comfortably in the hand. I would have preferred a softer plastic. The battery doesn't last very long with intensive use, 2-3 days max. The software is rubbish. For example, editing a macro is hellish, it's a real Christmas tree and it's buggy. It looks like a caricature of a gamer's look, to the detriment of ease of use. At this price, there's still a lot of room for improvement.
