We have tried various flossers and this one has the largest water tank, the most powerful motor and one charge lasts seven days. All good.Sadly they barely last 12 months before failing. We are now on our third flosser as the electronics keep failing. A bit expensive to replace every 12 months but we can't find anything better.

The Flosser I have been using for quite some time is the Philips Sonicare HX8111/02 Airfloss - I think that is the correct number. I have had three over the years - they work , albeit not for very long - however they are very good.It seems Phillips have stopped making them and replaced it with the Flosser 300 This replacement is not as good by a long shot.I find I have to use dental care brushes after using this item , something I never had to do before. My opinion - we the public are being taken for a ride here.A white version costs more than the black version.Up to £40 difference depending on colour ??? Really? Also try pricing replacement heads - the plain heads , slightly pointed are £28.00 for two.Philips ?? You messed up with this ....

I bought this water flosser because it appeared more powerful than a previous Philips model I owned, which still works and still charges.I have been a long-standing customer of Philips and have purchased many of their products over the years, none of which have been cheap. Because of that, I expected better durability and support. This flosser worked fine for around a year and then suddenly stopped charging. It is now just over two years old and out of warranty, but for a premium product this is disappointing. When I contacted Philips, I was given basic troubleshooting advice which did not resolve the issue, and then advised to purchase a new unit. No attempt was made to investigate the fault.Given the cost and my history with the brand, this experience has been very disappointing. As a result, I will not be purchasing from Philips again.

Received a used flosser.Scratches on it.One nozzle missing.Travel bag missing.visible finger prints on it.Water leftovers in the tank.Limescale marks around the nozzle base.Nozzle not sealed!.Definitely the worst company I’ve ever bought from.one star is too much

I had two of the previous Phillips cordless flosser - this is very poor substitute in terms of use and efficacy. Why on earth did you discontinue a product that worked so well, was easy to travel with, less messy and more efficient? I've been a Phillips fan for years, now looking at other brands
