The media could not be loaded. I use this mouse for work and I constantly scroll through documents. The scroll on the mouse broke and now it jumps all over the place

I have two windows 11 computers and on both computers the icons stop responding to clicks on the start bar after a minute of use both laptop and desktop. I have other mice which work perfectly fine. I am now few days outside of the return window. I will try to return it or exchange it.
