This is a great way to keep yourself unfeathered from your computer during presentations. I like the fact that inserting the dongle into the remote turns it off. Using this as a remote mouse is cumbersome and slow. I thought I would use this feature, but it's useless to me.

I purchased this remote for the ability to control the mouse, and the mouse control is awful. It's not even as good as the nipple control on a 20 year old IBM laptop. Beyond the sluggishness of the mouse control, there's a button underneath the finger-joystick which is so easy to press that you end up pressing it when trying to move the mouse. So you end up clicking and moving everything when you try and move the mouse - just plain awful. For presentations, the last thing you want is a piece of technology that is designed to mess you up.

I like this power point cursor control because it works very good from the distance I needed. I lets me change the slides from a far distance and allows me to change the slides at a speed that I want. Although, some times I change a slide and the curson control jumps to 2 slides, but besides that issue the control cursor works very good for what I need it.

Received on time for my presentantion and was a total success!!! Thr equipment looks very professional. I give 5 star to this item.

I bought this to operate our power point presentations on our A/V system at church. Works just fine from at least 50 feet away.
