Synology RS822+ är en pålitlig rackmonterad NAS med bra prestanda tack vare Ryzen V1500B-processor och ECC-minne. Enheten är flexibel att utöka och har fyra LAN-portar för nätverkssäkerhet. DSM-systemet ger omfattande dataskydd. Standardminnet är dock begränsat och M.2 NVMe-platser saknas, så uppgraderingar behövs för krävande användning. Snabbare nätverksanslutning är inte standard och endast RS822RP+ har redundant ström. RS822+ passar bäst för små till medelstora företag som söker pålitlighet och flexibilitet.

Home use; this is my 3rd synology. I have no complaints about DSM and their services in general. Easy to install and manage.format: in a rack, it's better, especially as it fits in a small bay; as I have a patch bay (600 prof) it fits perfectly with switches and patching.power: as I gain in power and volume compared to the other synos, I obviously have nothing to say. I've got 4 x 4TB IronWolf, so there's still some potential for SSD cache and volume expansion.
