Turned my canon 80d into a very compact a fun camera to use again , using your legs to zoom in makes you think about your pictures a bit more ..

Works great.. Will be useful when I go on holiday as although its an f 1:2.8, it will be OK fully open at night..

I recently purchased the Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM lens and had high expectations based on its popularity. However, I’ve noticed the lens is struggling with autofocus and the images often lack sharpness, even in well-lit conditions. I’ve tried using it on different camera settings and bodies, but the results remain soft and not as crisp as expected. Disappointed overall, especially given Canon’s usual quality. Hoping this might be a one-off issue with my unit.

Very happy with this lens. It's light weight and well made. Great price too!
