Fujifilm FUJINON XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR Lens

This lens is perfect for street shooting & very different to the 50mm f2 . Is it the fastest focusing lens ? No ; is it a bit noisy? A tiny bit . But it's got character by the bag full and if you're fascinated by the life passing you by ,this lens enriches the experience of recording it .

I purchased this new as secondhand ones are dearer and hard to come by. It is compact and has an apperture ring, which the previous version did not. It is ideal to use with a Fujifilm X-E series camera.

I bought this for my XT-5 as a small lens to take out on family outings. It's lovely to use and very lightweight, almost makes the camera like a large compact. The pictures are great also. The focus motor is noisy - much louder than my 16-80mm f4 - and also quite slow. It struggles to keep up with my toddler where the zoom has no issues. Overall delighted.

As my walk around lens. I take it everywhere, on an X-T5 it fits in a pocket and is not much bigger than a large compact. Great image quality from a discreet versatile lens.
