The Fujifilm XF56mm f/1.2 R WR is perfect for portraits—super sharp, dreamy background blur, and amazing skin tones. I use it all the time and couldn't be happier.

The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 56mm F1.2 R WR lens captures gorgeous images with soft backgrounds and is fully weather-sealed, but its slow autofocus is limiting for event photography and video.

I've only had this lens for a short time but I am so pleased with everything about it. It's really well made, super sharp and if you're into bokeh then you will love this lens, it's beautiful

The xf56mm f1.2 WR met all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check the lens out first when compared to the xf50mm f1.0 and I feel I've made a great bet as the reduced weight by comparison to be 50mm and reduced size is definitely the reason I got into Fujifilm. The sharpness and contrast is incredible for me and don't let people tell you it's slow to focus. It's not as fast as the Xf18mm F1.4 or 16-55mm f2.8 but not much worse. It's a bit loud in focusing but unless it's deathly quiet it's no longer noticeable when using. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a portrait lens with low light ability. When other brands are bringing out 85mm lens options twice or three times the weight and size it makes you thankful you stuck to Fujifilm.

Stunning colours and creamy bokeh. Surprisingly not heavy considering it's f1.2. Hasn't left my camera since I got it!
