This was a replacement camera for one that got damaged (no fault of Reolink) about 6 mos after installation. Installed in security system in less than 30 minutes.

This is my 4th Reolink wifi camera, third with a solar panel. They all have decent range and great clarity. The wifi panels on my other two cameras are now over 4 years old and still working fine, as are the cameras. This has been an extremely reliable brand for me.

I have now at this point 16 Reolink cameras and they all have been working great over the 3 1/2 years since I started buying them. Twice in that time frame a couple of cameras would not let me connect when I was away from my home network.. I emailed Reolink support and though this is going to be a headache BUT to my supprise it turned out to be a great experience. With in 12 hours they responded and asked I send them the camera info which is on the camera app page, didn't ask for proof of purchase or purchase order number. They apparently pushed an updated firmware to my cameras which solved the issue. Olivia and Betty at Reolink were very professional and very quick to respond. Reolink in my opinion has one of the best, no, "the" best customer support I have ever delt with. When my Ring door bell contract is up it's being replaced with Reolink's model. Just simply a great product along with great support.
