Managed to get it working by switching off cellular data, and revoking location permissions in iOS settings for the Xiaomi Home app, and then follow the steps on the APP again.

I spent a few hours and applied different configurations on the router but could not connect to the camera. I have an old Xiaomi model camera that connects easily. I'm not even sure if this camera is genuine or not! Also, contacted the seller but haven't received any response! Not recommended.

Super easy to set up, you just need to create a Xiaomi account. The movement of the camera is basically silent, I don't even notice it or hear it when it moves. It has motion tracking, but does not react super fast to it so it will miss it sometimes, or sometimes it will sense movement when there is none (maybe its from the lights of the TV, not sure). You can move the camera manually anyway. There is two-way sound that you can turn on and off, which is great. The video is clear enough for me to know what's going on.
