Only just received, Compact and simple to use, seems well made

the product is good , however when lifting up the luggage for weighig it is an issue , the holder or hook is not strong emough so the bags sways , this causes a issue , at the airport , has you know the charge these days , i then had toarrange for another one has i was flying , by someone who purchased from you and that one is excellent , is it possible to change that , diffrernce in privce i can pay cod ,
