Braun Series 5 51-M1000s får beröm för sitt ergonomiska grepp, enkel rengöring med EasyClean och AutoSense-teknik. Batteriet håller länge och snabbladdning är smidigt. Den är helt vattentät. Nackdelar är avsaknad av integrerad trimmer, ej flexibelt huvud och inget resefodral. Bra val för enkel skötsel, men mindre för resenärer eller de som vill ha flexibelt huvud.

I bought this Series 5 to replace my, still functioning earlier model 5 with trimmer & cleaning station. As the new 5 was double the price of a new cutter assembly for my old 5, I thought why not. I kept the old 5 as the new one has no trimmer, except as an accessory. The new 5's water proofing failed and I had to have it replaced with the flexible head Series 6, which is better. The long hair 'catcher' on the new 5/6 is not functioning as the old 5. The centre blade flattens the hair before it can be cut.

Just over 12 months old and the foil need replacin Foils don’t last Shame they don’t last longer as the replacement is nearly half the price of a complete New razer
