Philips i9000 Prestige Ultra XP9404/46 får beröm för mycket nära och bekväm rakning, särskilt tack vare det kompakta rakhuvudet som fångar fler hår på svåra områden. Fem raklägen och smart skäggdetektion ger personlig anpassning. Den ergonomiska designen ger bra grepp och är lätt att rengöra. Batteritiden är bra och Philips erbjuder 7 års garanti. Nackdelarna är det höga priset, begränsad skillnad mot S9000 Prestige, avsaknad av USB-C-laddning och att vissa funktioner bara finns via appen. Välj denna rakapparat om komfort och ergonomi är viktigt, men pristillägget är inte alltid motiverat.

Shaver itself is functional. But it is let down by terrible documentation - just a bunch of meaningless pictures. Mine has no travel case ( I travel a lot) and no protection for the shaver head. It also has an enormous charger (?) or sanitizer (?) into which the shaver fits, whose purpose is unclear and for which there is no documentation. So far, I have not figured out how the cleaning station works. By contrast, my Panasonic shaver is compact, has a soft travel case and is simple to use.

Excellent product, love it. It gives a closer shave than my old Philips shaver. My old one still worked but I could no longer get genuine Philips replacement blades for it and the generic ones were no good. But the i9000 is superb. My one complaint - they need to supply a dust cap for the cleaner. The cleaner for my old shaver used to get dusty as it was on the shelf, so a dust cap for the i9000 would be a good idea, maybe with a groove to hold the shaver when not being used. At the moment I pop the lid of the cleaning fluid on top of the cleaner to srop the dust getting in.

This is my 4th shaver from Phillips, I always buy Phillip and am a bit disappointed with it. It has a lot of gimmicks , lights , cleaning pod, charging hub etc but what I want is something that shaves. It does not reach under the nose which is annoying, the large shaving head does not help. The lights also does not turn on. My 4 year old shaver does a better job which I still have which cost a fraction of what I paid for this. Also I travel quite a big and would have rather had a travel case instead of the charging hub etc.
